Ashgrove Bookkeeping – Front-line Bookkeeper
Milwaukee, WI
We continue to grow and you can help! Ashgrove, Inc. has an opening in our Milwaukee, WI area for a confident person with a passion for excellence in business.
Your role will involve working with small business owners to manage their accounting needs. This includes keeping financial records for small businesses, posting detailed entries, A/R and A/P management, account balancing and reconciliation. Daily travel throughout Milwaukee metro area is required.
You’ve earned at least a 2 year college degree in accounting or finance, and have experience working directly with small business owners. You are skilled in accounting principles; you’re proficient with QuickBooks, Windows and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
This position requires a minimum 30 hours per week. Your time will be split working within client’s offices (70%) and working from your home office (30%). Our complete compensation package includes competitive pay, health insurance, paid time off, travel reimbursements, and offers significant incentives for the results you achieve - as well as those we achieve as a team.
